Highest accountability
Charter schools have more local, state and federal rules and oversight than any other public school and are much more accountable to you. Charters that don’t perform for children are closed, while other schools with decades of inadequate results continue to operate.

Safe and loving classrooms
Northridge Academy has the ability to more quickly and directly meet your child’s needs, as there are no layers of administrative bureaucracy. Each child and family is cared for and provided personalized attention.

Cost-effective education
Charter schools are public schools. They receive less funding than traditional systems yet are doing more with less.

Qualified teachers
Northridge Academy teachers are certified/licensed and meet highly qualified federal and state requirements.

Quality competition
Charter schools raise the bar on standards for academic success by offering programs and teaching practices not usually offered by traditional public schools. In fact, local traditional school representatives have asked to visit Leona charter schools in order to learn more about school operations and classrooms.
