Northridge Academy students were excited about graduating from 8th grade and continuing on to local institutions of higher education. We had an opportunity to catch up with a few 8th grade graduates and this is what they had to say:
Anthony Smith: NA has prepared me to go to the next level by providing me with a high quality education. I’ll be attending the U of M Genesee Early College in the fall and I’m excited to be moving on.
Prentice Duncan: I wanted to attend Northridge, because I felt it was a better learning environment for me than the last school I went to and I was right! I’m glad I came here and in the fall I’m going to the U of M Genesee Early College.
Mario Boone: Northridge Academy taught me self-management and how to look presentable at all times like wearing a belt, no sagging, tucking in my shirt, and to look like a respectable young man so thank you Northridge for teaching me how to think and present myself to the world! I’m attending Mott Early College this fall.
Ny’Breeyah Monroe: Northridge Academy has taught me well and because of that I’ll be attending Mott Middle Early College this fall. I will begin to prepare for a nursing career, moving to Miami or Costa Rica purchasing my own home and living my life as a nurse or maybe a doctor I want to find cures to help all the sick children feel better.
