Title IX Information

  • It is the policy of Northridge Academy not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex (including but not limited to sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression), religion, national origin or ancestry, age, disability, height, weight, genetics, or marital status in its programs or activities. 

  • Northridge Academy, as required by Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972, and its implementing regulations, does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, including in admission and employment.
